The Wad: Susan's Book of the Month for May

My favorite book(s) this month were the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson. The first and second were my favorites, after that they got a bit far-fetched with saving the planet, etc., but I still loved them because by then I loved the characters. My thirteen-year-old daughter and a lot of her friends are devoted Max fans now (okay, I admit it, I am too).

not-robin's-friend likes waking up in the middle of the night to write, naps, and coconut cream pie.
Pool girl likes frogs and the prizes you get in happy meals (and the fact that they are called "happy meals", loves gummi fish and trusts no one who hates chocolate.
Sapphire likes walks on the beach at sunset, charming bed and breakfasts, solitarie diamonds, and rocking out with AC/DC.
Moron likes brussel sprouts more than chocolate and hates bikers who ride in the middle of the road.
